Use a very small dab of clear nail polish directly on the knot, and
pull the tail taut while it dries ( Figure 4-10 ). It's easier to stitch
multiple parts of the circuit with long thread tails and seal the
knots all at once, so you can dab and tug as each knot dries. Do
not trim the thread tails until you're sure each knot is dry and
secure, as you may need multiple coats of nail polish to soak the
knots. Be careful to avoid flooding the area or getting too much
nail polish on your fabric, though. You can always add more, but
you can't really take it away if you use too much.
