In an effort to reignite humanity, there has been talk of reviving Confucianism in
schools. This isn't a religion but a set of ethical and philosophical teachings, and Confucius
is considered not a god but a philosopher. This has been extremely controversial, however.
It might foster social harmony, but it also propounds clear social hierarchies. So for now,
it's been stymied.
