The governance and management cycle, rep-
resented by Figure 4, supports the dimension of
governance and management of each business
component. The evaluation of business results,
strategy clarification and improvement of business
models, through decision making are involved in
the aspects of governance.
Governance dealt with here includes both cor-
porate governance and IT governance. Corporate
governance is a system by which companies are
directed and monitored. The system of governance
allows that the mission, vision, and strategy are
transformed, keeping in mind the goals and de-
