competencies, a usual Access query is launched
(Figure 9) or using SQL.
An Internet based interrogation is in train to
be finished, using MySQL. This creates the pos-
sibility to query the (sole) competencies database
by each partner, from his office or from anywhere
an Internet link exists.

The data from the forms were extracted in a neu-
tral format (CSV), and then used to create a usual
database (by importing data from CSV text files).
