Table 5 presents the correlation matrix for
system quality criteria. The results of Cronbach
alpha test show that system quality criteria are in-
ternally consistent (Cronbach's alpha is 0.726115,
standardized Cronbach's alpha is 0.763553).
Table 6 presents importance of vendor related
criteria. The most important criterion in this group
is vendor support (4,39). Vendor reputation and
market position of vendor seems to be less impor-
tant during the ERP selection process.
Table 7 presents the correlation matrix for
vendor related criteria. Although vendor related
criteria do not achieve 0.7 threshold (Cronbach's
alpha is 0.682800, standardized Cronbach's alpha
is 0.666446), they should be considered internally
consistent because they measure similar items
seen from a qualitative point of view.
Table 8 presents the importance of ERP pack-
age criteria. The most important criteria in this
group are organizational fit (4,16) of the system
and e-business enablement (4,15).
Table 9 presents the correlation matrix for ERP
package criteria. The results of Cronbach alpha
test show that ERP package criteria are internally
consistent (Cronbach's alpha is 0.757510, stan-
dardized Cronbach's alpha is 0.758011).
