Well, I finished one in quick time and then devoured another, much
to my crew's shock and awe. That's the thing about running 100 kilo-
metres a day: you can eat as much as you like and you don't put on a
skerrick of weight.

1 bowl of cereal with milk
10 pancakes with half a jar of strawberry jam and lashings of
honey
2 fried eggs
1 bowl of chicken noodle soup with vegetables
1 piece of battered fish with vegetables
2 large bowls of boiled rice
2 bananas
5 dried apricots
5 bread rolls with butter
2 packets of potato chips
2 bowls of ice cream
1 ice block
550 grams of chocolate
3 litres of water
½ litre of cola
1½ litres of energy drink
2 cups of coffee
1 beer
7 vitamin tablets
I have no idea how many kilojoules is in that lot! All I know is that
it's fuel and it keeps me running.
