I've run along Highway 62 from where the Darién ended, at Turbo, on
the shores of the Caribbean Sea in the north, down to Medellín, and
now I'm running down Highway 25 towards the Ecuadoran border, a
distance of around 1250 kilometres.

greed have kept the country in the dark ages for so long. Colombian
tourism now has a slogan: 'Once you visit you won't want to leave.'
