Tourists and locals often crowd the free, twice-a-day practices (usually 8:15am and
again around 2:30pm) during the Packers' late-summer
training camp,
held at the practice
facility along Oneida Street across from Lambeau Field. Sometimes practices are held in-
doorsintheteam'sstate-of-the-artHutsonPracticeFacility.Practicesbegininmid-Julyand
run until preseason games begin in late August. There are usually morning practices and
less strenuous post-lunch workouts. In mid-July, too, is the
Packer Hall of Fame Induc-
tion Ceremony,
a very big deal to Packers fans. (You can also catch a glimpse of initial
minicamps, which open as early as April.)
