Cows on the Concourse,
a fun way of highlighting Wisconsin's dairy in-
dustry; you can get up close and personal with dairy cows, as they're scattered all over the
Capitol area.
July's biggie is the now-annual
Rhythm and Booms
choreographed fireworks display
on the Fourth. Later that month, the
Art Fair on the Square
