isolated and aligned single wall carbon nanotubes (SWNTs) [120] . The
Raman spectrum of the nanofi ber shows that even though it contains
only 0.04% of SWNTs, the spectrum is dominated by the resonance
Raman scattering from the SWNTs. The single radial breathing mode
at 251 cm − 1 also implies that the nanotubes are debundled and isolated
in the nanofi ber. The shift of the G
