backstreets, Georgios Hasos has long maintained Florina's only fish restaurant. Try the
Aegean or freshwater fish (grilled trout only €6) accompanied by a local sparkling lem-
onade, along with vintage '50s Greek music. Open after 9pm in summer.
Mezedopoleon Koukoutsi

end shopping alley above the river, Koukoutsi serves refreshing mezedhes and is good
for vegetarians; try the seasonal wild greens, grilled mushrooms and famous Florina
sweet red peppers with garlic and tomato. There are also some light meats, such as
kefte-
dakia
(meatballs) and sausages.
