Around Agios Kirykos
The
hot sea-springs of Lefkada
, 2km north of Agios Kirykos, are free, therapeutic and
relaxing. This is a designated radioactive saltwater spring, but in truth, it's just a beauti-
ful spot on the beach, identifiable by an irregular circle of rocks. You'll know you're in
the right spot when you feel the now-it's-hot-now-it's-not intermingling of spring and
seawater. To find the springs, drive 2km north and look for a small blue and white sign

tower anchors the site, which features informative signboards and two helpful English-
speaking volunteers. A path from a small chapel here leads to tiny
