mix of corrugated iron, stone and recycled timber, with a lilac, mauve and canary-yellow

plenty of motels, but Sandors, virtually opposite the visitor centre, is well located, with
spacious, tidy rooms and an inviting pool set in a tropical garden. Breakfast is included.
Eating
Mildura's cafe and restaurant precinct runs along Langtree Ave (otherwise known as
'Feast Street') and around the block dominated by the Quality Hotel Mildura Grand. Itali-
an raconteur Stefano de Pieri perhaps single-handedly stamped the town on the foodie
map, but others are jumping on board.
