Getting There & Around
Mansfield-Mt Buller Buslines ( 03-5775 2606; www.mmbl.com.au ) runs a winter service from Mans-
field (adult/child return $58/40, 48km), while V/Line ( www.vline.com.au ) operates at least one
daily bus between Melbourne and Mt Buller (adult/child return from $130/81).
Ski-season car parking is below the village; a 4WD taxi service transports people to
their village accommodation.
Day-trippers park in the Horse Hill day car park and take the quad chairlift into the ski-
ing area, or there's a free day-tripper shuttle-bus service between the day car park and the
village. Ski hire and lift tickets are available at the base of the chairlift.
