days) Newhaven (895 Phillip Island Tourist Rd, Newhaven) ; Cowes (cnr Thompson & Church Sts, Cowes) The
main visitor centre for the island is on the main road at Newhaven, and there's a smaller
centre at Cowes. Both sell the Three Parks Pass (adult/child/family $40.40/20.20/101),
and the main centre has a free accommodation- and tour-booking service.
Getting There & Away
BUS
V/Line ( 1800 800 007; www.vline.com.au ) has train-bus services from Melbourne's Southern
Cross Station via Dandenong station or Koo Wee Rup ($12.40, 2½ to 3½ hours). There
