This pretty converted cottage near Sovereign Hill has a lovely atmosphere and
the intoxicating aromas of authentic Indian, Thai and (oddly enough) Italian. It's curry
meets pizza, with plenty of vegetarian choices and takeaway available.

The 1890 Lakeside Lodge was designed by WH Piper
and today it's a lovely light-filled cafe with huge windows looking out over the lake and
an alfresco courtyard. Dishes range from lentil burgers or beetroot risotto to pork chops
with mango and coriander sauce.
