In-Depth Information
Apollo Bay
POP 1800
One of the larger towns along the Great Ocean Road, Apollo Bay has a tight-knit commu-
nity of fisherfolk, artists, musicians and sea-changers.
Majestic rolling hills provide a postcard backdrop to the town, while broad, white-sand
beaches dominate the foreground. It's also an ideal base for exploring magical Cape Ot-
way and Otway National Park. It has some of the best restaurants along the coast and two
lively pubs.
