serves Ben Shewry's creative dishes degustation-style. Many dishes are not complete on
delivery; staff perform minor miracles on cue with a sprinkle of this or a drop of that. 'Tri-
als' of Shewry's new ideas take place at Tuesday night's Chef's Table ($125 per head).
