Just around the corner (uphill from the harbor and behind the Värdsgasthus) is
Sandhamns Bageriet,
a popular bakery/café serving coffee, sweet rolls, and
50-kr sandwiches (daily in summer 8:00-17:00, “self-service café” opens at
7:00).

Sandhamns Seglarhotellet
has several eateries, open to guests and non-
guests. Out on the dock is the Café Seglar'n, an American-style grill with a
take-out window and outdoor tables (40-80-kr dishes, 150-kr combo meals,
open in summer in good weather only). Upstairs in the building's main
ballroom is an eatery serving good but pricey Swedish and international
food. There are two parts—the cheaper, mellow bistro (100-150-kr starters,
200-250-kr main dishes, traditional daily lunch special for 150 kr), and the
fancier restaurant (150-200-kr starters, 185-300-kr main dishes). Both parts
enjoy fine sea views, and they meet at the bar/dance hall zone in the middle
(with loud disco music until 2:00 in the morning nearly nightly in summer).
