Örtagården, upstairs from the Saluhall, is primarily a vegetarian restaur-

Riche , a Parisian-style brasserie just a few steps off Nybroplan at
Östermalm's waterfront, serves up pricey but elegantly executed Swedish and
international dishes. The seating is tight—either in the winter garden, the
bright dining room, or the white-tile-and-wine-glass-chandeliered bar—and
