Road Rules:
Seat belts are mandatory, and young children need a child-
safety seat in Norway,Finland, and Estonia—age 4and under; Denmark—age
6; Sweden—age 7). Be aware of typical European road rules; for example,
many countries require headlights to be turned on at all times, and it's gener-
ally illegal to drive while using your mobile phone without a hands-free head-
set. In Europe, you're not allowed to turn right on a red light, unless there is
a sign or signal specifically authorizing it. Ask your car-rental company about
