Getting There & Away
Train services cross the Chiquitania en route from Quijarro to Santa Cruz, arriving at the
border town between 6am and 8am each day. The ticket office opens around 7am and tick-
ets sell out fast, so don't hang around. The bus station is two blocks from the train station.
Services to Santa Cruz (B$70, 12 hours) via San José (B$60; seven hours) leave at 4pm.
