San Pedro and El Prado. It's less of a scene than the hostels up by the terminal, making it
good for tranquilo travelers. The dorm rooms are the nicest in La Paz with crispy-cream
orange bedcovers and a bright modern feel. Some of the dorm bunks will leave you with
vertigo.
