About 3km south of Prečna, the Novo Mesto Sport Equestrian Centre has Holsteiner and
Arabian breeds for riders of all levels. You can ride on any day, but should book first.

The TIC has a list of private rooms (from €25 per person). The closest camping grounds
are at Otočec ob Krki, 7.5km to the northeast, and Dolenjske Toplice, 12km to the south-
west.

century town house with rooms deposited willy-nilly over five 'I'm-lost-again' floors.
Iron Age-style art sets off the cosy rooms (we love the attic room under the mansard
