This rather flash hotel has risen, phoenix-like, from the ashes of a decrepit old
caravanserai in the heart of town and now boasts 27 comfortable rooms with all the mod-
cons. If you've got the dosh, choose one of the apartments on the top (5th) floor, with
enormous terraces.

A hotel of some sort or another since 1880, the Sport offers reasonable
value for money, with 32 spic-and-span and very comfortable rooms, including five rooms
with nine hostel beds each. There's a kitchen with small eating area, a restaurant with set
menus from €8 to €20, and laundry costs €10. It's just 300m north of the centre of Posto-
jna.

7-hectare site is hidden in a deep pine forest near the entrance to Pivka and Black Caves.
Some of the little stone-and-wood bungalows have kitchens, and there's a swimming pool.
