The tourist office distributes Milano Hotels, a free annual listings guide to Milan's 350 plus
hotels. Good value is difficult to come by in most budget ranges, and downright impossible
during large fairs. That said, booking ahead and comparison-shopping online for 'special
rates' can result in unexpected deals.
Don't forget to factor in location. For those visiting during Expo 2015 proximity to the
red line (MM1) will put you in prime position.
