Getting Around
Train Reasonably priced, with extensive coverage and frequent departures.
Car Useful for travelling at your own pace around the lakes and in the mountains. Cars can be hired in most towns.
Drive on the right.
Boat Often the fastest way to get around the lakes. Each lake has an extensive network of ferry and hi-speed hydrofoil
services. Car ferries only service lakeside hubs.
Bus Useful for smaller villages around the lakes and off-line connections such as Mantua-Brescia.
