Osteria del Restauro

time restoration studio is located by La Villa's tiny harbour with outdoor seating adjacent
to the pier. The highly seasonal menu includes treats like zucchini flowers stuffed with
ricotta, chilled gazpacho or hand-cut salmon, and the fish practically hops right out of the
water on to your plate.

Ristorante Lido

modern Lido is a perfect lunch location, its terrace thrust out over the lake shaded by a
pergola and ancient olive tree. Gramatica's dishes are similarly simple and pared back:
fish carpaccio drizzled with Limone lemons, homemade ravioli in sage and butter and
grilled lake fish. At night, fairy lights add to the romance.

La Tortuga

Despite its homey appearance Michelin-starred La Tortuga serves a sophisticated menu
without undue pomp and ceremony. Appreciative diners at its handful of tables enjoy
Garda classics such as pasta with lake perch in a fragrant slow-cooked broth and veal fillet
with truffles or morelles. Wines from the encyclopaedic wine list are generously priced,
with classics like Allegrini's La Grola a mere €35.
