Lalla Panzi is not the beachfront
paradise you were dreaming of, but it's a neat property leading down to the sea. This
friendly guesthouse offers four scrupulously clean rooms arranged around a cosy lounge;
rooms 2 and 3 have sea views. Furnishings are slightly dated and the decor is a tad kitsch
but that's part of the charm. Though on the main road, it's quiet enough at night.

ness of the two self-catering apartments. They are set on grassy garden areas. Bonuses:

week or more. No meals, but there are a few stores nearby.

The two serviceable rooms (each with a balcony and sea views) are a cast-iron bargain. If
you're travelling with the kids in tow, opt for the four self-contained apartments in a sep-
arate building. They face a small 'beach', which is just adequate for a waist-high dip at
high tide. The nearest stores and takeaway counters are just a 15-minute walk away.
Meals can also be prepared by prior arrangement.
