close to the beach when live bands perform on Friday and Sunday evenings. Good blend
of electro, maloya (traditional dance music), rock and jazz. During the day the place is es-
teemed for its cheap sandwiches, freshly squeezed fruit juices and cold beers.

Getting There & Away
Car Jaune ( Click here ) buses between St-Denis and St-Pierre run through the centre of St-
Leu (€4.20, about 15 daily). The bus station is near the town hall. From there, Kar'Ouest
minibuses have services for most villages in the Hauts.
