(Royal Rd; boulettes Rs 6; 11am-9pm) Those lovely little piping-hot, steamed dumplings that
are part-Chinese and now wholeheartedly Mauritian - boulettes - are pretty much all they
serve at this place. A bowl of them, drowned in soup and served with chilli sauce makes
for a fine, basic meal that has little to do with haute cuisine and has everything to do with
satisfying hungry locals.

vast numbers from the ceiling greet you downstairs but head for the wonderful terrace on
the first floor for the best views. They dish out superb meals of Mauritian cooking with a
heavy focus on seafood ( langouste in particular). Stand-out dishes include octopus curry
with green pawpaw or seafood in Creole sauce. Tino also has a few rooms (without/with
breakfast Rs 800/1000) on offer if you're looking for a place to spend the night.
