Deva

Deva is crowned by its 13th-century citadel and Hollywood-style sign. Apart from
grabbing a cappuccino and pizza down the pedestrianised B-dul 1 Decembrie, or popping
into a handful of museums, Deva does little to warrant an extended stay. That said, if
you're on a castle hunt headed to Corvin Castle, stopping in Deva is definitely preferable
to staying in Hunedoara's industrial sprawl.
