garb, this is the most rustically evocative restaurant in Sibiu. It's certainly the most au-
thentic place to explore Romanian fare such as cheese croquettes, minced meatballs and
peasant's stew with polenta. Dimly lit, brick walled... welcome to a local well-kept secret.

ure has walls stacked with old gramophones, clocks and antique telephones. Eat in the
