quality, and also price. The location is good, midway between the train station and the
town centre.

Formerly the Hotel Europa, it's smaller and more intimate than most of the hotels
around town, but the rooms are only so-so; they are clean and relatively quiet, but thor-
oughly lacking in character. The location is excellent, five minutes from the central square
and across the street from the Museum of Art.

This luxury steakhouse, run by head chef Jakob Hausmann,
is a must for lovers of high-quality imported beef. The menu is almost exclusively grilled
steaks and chops, with the speciality being cuts from Argentina and the US, served on hot
plates that allow you to cook it perfectly to your liking.

Relaxed, casual set-
ting ideal for an evening meal. The menu is good-quality Italian with a pleasing range of
homemade pasta dishes. These include a very passable pesto and delicious ravioli served
