How it works…
JIRA internationalizes its user interface with language packs. A language pack is a ZIP file
containing translated labels for JIRA's UI elements. You can find additional language packs
from the following link:
By setting the default language, in this case, Chinese Simplified, users will see the JIRA in-
terface in Chinese, as shown in the following screenshot. However, if a user has selected
another language, then the user selection will override the system's default setting.
