Adding language support for the JIRA
interface
If you are using JIRA in a multilingual environment, or if English is not the native lan-
guage spoken in your country, you would want to internationalize your JIRA so users
speaking different languages will be able to feel right at home.
In this recipe, we will make Simplified Chinese the default language for our JIRA instance.
