Resolutions are global, which means all projects and issue types will have the same list of
resolution options. However, since you can only set resolution values during a workflow
transition, you can include/exclude specific resolutions with the
jira.field.resolution.include
transition variable. For example, if we want to
limit the resolutions to Fixed and Won't Fix only, we will set the variable's value to 1,2.
