Introduction
In previous chapters, we have covered most of JIRA's customizations, including custom
fields, workflows, and notifications. In this chapter, we will learn about other customiza-
tions, including setting up custom issue types, priorities, and resolution values. We will also
look at how to improve JIRA's usability through translation. And lastly, we will explore op-
tions to improve the IT process through cloning JIRA projects and migrating JIRA config-
urations.
