How to do it…
Perform the following steps to troubleshoot notification problems in JIRA:
1. Navigate to
Administration
|
Add-ons
|
Notification Helper
.
2. Select the user that is not receiving the notifications as expected.
3. Select the issue for which the user is expected to receive notifications from.
4. Select the issue event that is triggering the notification.
5. Click on
Submit
to start troubleshooting.
You can also run the
Notification Helper
tool from the
Admin
menu while viewing an is-
sue.
