On the
Basic
tab, check the
Keep light when scene changes
option to retain
the light for all the scenes.

In the
Light Position
section, drag the
Longitude
and
Latitude
draggers to
change the position of the light (or) click and drag the light to define its posi-
tion.

Uncheck the
Lock to model
option and rotate the model. Notice that the light
is fixed as the model is rotated.

Check the
Lock to model
option and rotated the model. Notice that the light
rotates along with the model.

Click the
SOLIDWORKS
tab on the PropertyManager. You can turn ON/OFF
the light by checking the
On in SOLIDWORKS
option. You can also change
the
Ambient
,
Brightness
, and
Specularity
of the light using
SOLIDWORKS
Lighting
options.

Click the
PhotView 360
tab. You can turn ON/OFF the light while rendering
by checking the
On in PhotoView 360
option.
14.
Check the
Dynamic help
option and review the options on the
PhotoView 360
tab.
15.
Click
OK
on the PropertyManager.

A point light radiates lights in all directions. It can be used to add lightening effect to mod-
els such as torch lights.
