Add a dimension between the bottom face and hole.

Select the lower horizontal edge of the geometry and notice the faces perpen-
dicular to the edge are highlighted.
6.
Position the dimension and click
OK
on the PropertyManager.
Adding Geometric Tolerances
1.
On the CommandManager, click
DimXpert > Geometric Tolerance
.
2.
On the Properties dialog, select Position
from the
Symbol
drop-down.
3.
Type 0.02 in the
Tolerance 1
box and click the
Maximum Material Condition
icon.
4.
Type A, B, C in the
Primary
,
Secondary
, and
Tertiary
boxes, respectively.
5.
Select the hole and position the tolerance frame. The SOLIDWORKS message
appears showing that tolerance over constrains the part.
6.
Click
OK
to add the tolerance.
7.
Click
OK
on the
Properties
dialog and delete the location dimensions, as
shown.
8.
Add three tolerance frames to the faces, as shown.
