Torndirrup National Park
(Frenchman Bay Rd) F Covering much of the peninsula that encloses the southern reaches of
Albany's Princess Royal Harbour and King George Sound, this national park is known for
its windswept, ocean-bashed cliffs. Rocks in this area have been proved to be direct
matches to those in Antarctica, to which they were once joined. This is a dangerous coast-
line, so beware of freakish, large waves - many people have lost their lives after being
