chic Albany surprise. Highly sophisticated for regional WA, Lime 303 showcases local

itage Aussie pubs need to die a slow death. Channelling a louche Parisian cafe and a
velvet-trimmed speakeasy, Liberté's Gallic-inspired versatility includes good coffee and
cake during the day, and craft beer, potent cocktails and Med- inspired tapas later at night.
It's a big hit with hip Albanians.

New owners have reinvigorated Albany's oldest
pub, and locals crowd in for the Earl's famous pie and a pint or hearty lamb shanks. Live
