best personality on the block. Its refurbished 1960s bachelor pads sit neatly atop a modern

plied to become the Pensione Hotel. The standard rooms definitely veer to cosy and (very)

is one of a dying breed of old-fashioned Perth waterfront motels. Rooms are small and
simple and face onto the car park, but they're clean and airy, and the waterfront location is
