restaurant tucked into a rolling valley. Expect all things canard : homemade foie gras ,
confit, sautéed duck breast… Hours vary: call ahead. From Castellane, head 21km north
towards Digne; turn right at Barrême, then left onto D119 to St-Jacques. Domaine is also
accessible from St-André-les-Alpes: take N202 west 13km, then turn north onto Les Fer-
rages just before Barrême.
