Getting There & Around
The bus station (250 av de la Libération) is east of the city centre. Trans Vaucluse
( www.vaucluse.fr ) buses go to Aix-en-Provence (€2, two hours), Avignon (€2, 1½ hours)
and Cavaillon (€2, 45 minutes).

Bees collect nectar from myriad flowers, including bruyère (heather), tilleul (linden), châtaignier (chestnut), gar-
rigue (aromatic Mediterranean scrub) and lavande (lavender). Tourist offices have lists of mielleries (honey
houses), and you'll see signs marked 'miel' .
