A superb boutique hotel inside an 11th-century abbey. Each of the
15 rooms has been decorated with a glamorous palette of black and white and kitted out
with designer furniture. The (deconsecrated) chapel, a masterpiece of Roman architecture,
has also been daringly converted into a contemporary bar-lounge space.
