Most Dubliners will tell you that the foodie scene has never been bet-
ter than it is right now - austerity notwithstanding. The last couple of years has
seen a bunch of brilliant new eateries open their doors, offering more inventive
menus and more competitive pricing. Leaner times have led restaurateurs and
chefs to roll up their sleeves and re-imagine virtually everything they do, and the
