buzzy Gastro Bar, which serves up gourmet tapas from a beautiful open kitchen. At the
back, the more muted Restaurant does Irish cuts of meat - from veal to rabbit - served

Virtually all of the Mediterranean basin is represented on the ever-changing, imaginat-
ive menu. Choices include the likes of pan-fried sea bass with roast baby fennel, tomato
and olives; or rump of lamb with spiced aubergine and dried apricots. A nice touch are the
filtered still and sparkling waters (€1), where 50% of the cost goes to cancer research.
