a r t You may begin to add art to the project, usually concept pieces that show
what the characters and worlds look like. For the Frobish game, some of the
initial design work was for the character Mr. Putty and the world, which you can
see in Figure 3.6.

The work on art at the beginning of development can also include what the
interfaces might look like. The interface is what the player uses to interact with
the game. The typefaces (fonts), colors, and overall look and feel of the art speak
volumes about what the game will play like, as shown in Figure 3.7.
Longer Description Expand on what you started in the game overview. In the
longer description, you may want to explain more about the lore and provide
histories for specific characters, cultures, regions, bosses, or specialty items
in the game like a magic gem or powerful weapon that needs to be found or
created.
